When i WITHDRAW from Fiverr it's cut $3!! why?

Hello every one.....hope you are all well. 

Suddenly I noticed something, When i WITHDRAW from Fiverr to payoneer.com it's cut $3!! 🤕

This is what I suddenly noticed. I don't know why it is cutting. If anyone knows please let me know. 😑

It’s payoneer update system that Start in 3rd November and I talk payoneer. When I asked them why they cut 3$ for every  transition,they said they cut it for their user safety and security.

This is new rules update payoneer.. every withdrawals they will cut 3 usd.. it's bad news for every freelancer.

You should have recieved a notification from payoneer(Please check your payoneer)
