How to ask a client for giving me a feedback properly, can anyone give me a suggestion?

Yes. The best suggestion is that you never ask for feedback or you'll have your account restricted.

Fiverr prompts the buyer more than once to leave a review.

There have been many forum posts where sellers have got a warning for discussing a review.

Best to leave your buyer alone and move on.

Don't do it.

Other than  risking an account warning, you might get an unpleasant surprise in the form of a bad review.

Recently there was a seller who complained on the forum that the client didn't give them a review for their very first order. A couple of days later, the seller did get a review... 1 star.
