Fiverr and socials​🤳​

Greetings!

What is the exact relationship that exists between fiverr and social media?

In the profile page you can connect some social networks, but not all...

In your gig you cant say that you have a social network, where others can see  works similar to the works that you show in the presentation image (I speak in my case as a graphic) even without putting a link...

Here on the forum we talk about being able to advertise your gigs on some social networks by sharing from the platform... but there is no place where you can say "you can find me here" even to make yourself known a little more....

Doesn't it seem strange to you? What do you think?

Seller come back to forum for his necessary. But we didn't reach any social platform for necessary just entertainment purpose. If anyone say fiver forum is a social media it's all right but sometime it's boring as a social media. I believe forum is only necessary purpose.

Yes, but I am talking about the relationship of fiverr in general with social networks...

And I've never written that anyone compared the forum to a social network...

You say the forum is boring and you point out that one should only come there if he needs it.

But on the forum there are many people who welcome you and are ready to give you a hand, or just to talk... Is a place to make yourself known... otherwise it would not be called a forum 👀 

 

I'm not saying to use social media for entertainment, but to make yourself known... we can't show everything there...

If I am selling a service, I have to be able to show what I can do everyday, no?

The social networks you connect your Fiverr profile with are meant as a portfolio to give your customers a look of what you do. You're not allowed to put links in your gig description because let's be honest, some folks would put weird stuff on there. My opinion is,

The social sites you have added with the Fiverr, It helps for the hidden matrix of Fiverr's gig ranking factor and others features. 

Yes it is true we can't share out personal information in the gig or message directly, But I think Fiverr count you social activities if you helping the community with your experience. Maybe Fiverr count your social sharing of your gig on the sites you links with Fiverr.
