futurewebboss Posted May 28, 2014 Share Posted May 28, 2014 I had a logo designed with add on gigs from a Top Rated Fivrr seller and today someone claimed the logo copyright with a threat to shut down websites etc etc etc. I am not sure how to proceed. What I have done is notify the Fivrr designer that I received a claim and a threat from the person claiming to have been infringed upon and 2nd I have sent the person claiming the infringement to provide proof and 3rd I have contacted Fivrr mgt. Any tips, or suggestions from the community. This is the 1st time I’ve had to deal with this type of thing and if there’s any community wisdom that is available I’d certainly welcome support, or suggestions.
