Will the bonus (Tip by buyer) divided to all studio members

Hi, hope everybody will be good, I am a studio leader but today as client said for the extra work, He will add Tip to the order once completed, you know that Tip should be received only by me as I put effort and did extra work while for other studio members they have no concern with that, I need know should I accept his requested or use add extra offer to the order, I am not sure what will happen when he add Tip to the order once all done.

 

Need to know,  will it be divided to all or not?

You should never accept that, regardless of it being a studio order or not. Tips are not mandatory, he can just lie to you and stiff you after he gets what he wants. Extra work, extra offer.

Tips are distributed automatically to all members taking part in the order (Gig or Custom Offer) by the same percentage of the distribution of the order payment.
