Fiverr message

Hi everyone today i received msg on fiverr 

i replied after few minutes the message disappeard anyone know why its happen

And she writes whatsapp contact number and says he will tell you all the details after few mintues message had been  disappeard.

Sounds like spam.  I will sometimes have messages appear which are spam, and the Fiverr algorithm will delete them.  If this is the case, the do not count against your stats.
