I agree with the other poster - you could wait and see what they decide about your account. If you needed to you could contact them at support@fiverr.com but they may not be able to do anything about any account review.

My guess is at least one of your gigs might have been removed because in one of them you said you'd cure things like "CANCER,BRAIN TuMOR" with "...FuLL RECOVERy WITH 100 percent guarantee" with your spell gig.
