Account Information

Hello everyone,

 

I am a professional video editor and my brother is a  graphic designer having 10+ years of experience. 

I am offering video editing services on Fiverr, I was just wondering if my brother can provide services in graphic designing category? 

We have same internet connection but separate laptops. 

I just want to ask if it is possible to give services on the same internet connection but different category? 

 

I don't want to stubble in any situation. Please share your experiences if anyone has done this before. Thank you in advance!

Where did you get this info?

There is probably like a quarter of a million sellers on 5r. I truly don't think they waste money, resources, or manpower to track people's IP. I'm sure if there is suspicious activity or if someone reports you, they'll look into it.

I've never been afraid to log into multiple devices. I have my phone, tablet, computer, laptop, and probably my sister's computer all logged on. I don't do anything shady and never worry about such things.

You are only allowed to have one Fiverr account within which you can offer different services.

You need to contact Customer Support for permission if your brother wants to open an account otherwise both accounts will be disabled.

Hey!  We are using 2 different computer ( One is PC and another is laptop). We are working on the same platform but different person (separate I'd) and different computer. Also we never did any illegal activities, So why should I have the permission of the Customer support and why they gonna disable both of our account? Please explain your idea about it. Thanks.

Fiverr will just see that there are 2 accounts at the one IP address. Not sure if this applies to you but if both people are offering the same service Fiverr will not give permission.
