Error on payment withdrawal

HI everyone!

Today i made withdrawal from my Fiverr account into Payoneer. After long loading time i receive this error. 
"withdrawal was not completed. please try again or contact customer support for more details".

After that i see my funds were deducted from my Fiverr account and never reached into my Payoneer account. Also i see "Withdrawal initiated" entery in my earning table. I made this withdrawal after 1 week of previous withdrawal. I contacted both payoneer and Fiverr. 
Fiverr CS saying to contact with payoneer because it an issue from their end. 

But Payoneer support saying payment never came in our system you need to contact with Fiverr. 

Its been so many days but so far no luck. Is there anyone else facing same issue?
