ISSUE ON VERIFICATION

Hello everyone, Fiverr asked me to verify my identity. At first i didn't read the instructions and upload selfies instead of ID card. Now I know the procedure but the verification site just won’t work. I tried for hours, refreshed the site a million times but it is still the same as it doesn't shows anything. Now my account is temporarily disabled. Please help me out
