The order got cancelled by mistake and I lost my 100% completion rate down to 67%.

Hello there, I was working for a client on his website. Due to misunderstanding of delivery, he open a dispute but later on he realized that it was a mistake. So, he asked me to continue the work, the order will remain in dispute and once you complete the order, he'll approve it. But knowing that it will be automatically cancelled after 3 days, I forgot to ask him cancel the dispute and to my wonder, the order is cancelled now and the complete rate has decreased to 67%. 

I'm Level one seller and I don't want to lose my level one on the next 15th. Would Fiverr support team help me regarding my complete rate?

Fiverr had no live options, and you'll likely be dealing with a new Customer Support rep with EVERY message, so be sure to have ALL the information together in the FIRST one.
