The order got cancelled by mistake and I lost my 100% completion rate down to 67%.

Question

Hello there, I was working for a client on his website. Due to misunderstanding of delivery, he open a dispute but later on he realized that it was a mistake. So, he asked me to continue the work, the order will remain in dispute and once you complete the order, he'll approve it. But knowing that it will be automatically cancelled after 3 days, I forgot to ask him cancel the dispute and to my wonder, the order is cancelled now and the complete rate has decreased to 67%. 

I'm Level one seller and I don't want to lose my level one on the next 15th. Would Fiverr support team help me regarding my complete rate?
