Buyer request is the most important for new seller.

When sending buyer request, follow these:

1. Focus on clients demand

2. Try to write the offer description short

3. Do not copy paste same offer description again and again

4. Clarify the deadline when client will get the final files and which files you will deliver

Although there is no "correct" way to send requests. Everyone has their own ways of communicating. And, I personally don't use the buyer requests page, but if I were you, then;

e.g.,
Request: Can anyone make an Iron Man 3D suit for me?

My Response would be like this: Hi, I saw your request about creating a 3D suit of Iron Man. I can be the right person for this job, as I have worked on Marvel projects in the past and successfully completed many projects. You can check some of my projects related to your request here: <link>.  
I would love to hear complete requirements about the project and work on this with you. I look forward to your response.

There is no fixed way to send or write a buyer request. It varies from man to man's creativity. When you send an offer, you should concern about the buyer's requirements, what they want. Also, concerned about works knowledge how deep you do the job.

As you are a non level seller, you get less buyer request. Refresh the buyer request page and you can find buyer request if new request posted. And share your GIG on social media to get potential customers

If you be a new seller then you can't expect the buyer request all time. You can find them in a specific time of the day. So frequently check buyer request. Thanks.
