Order cancelled

First ever order cancellation happened right now: disappointed. 

 

I worked on a gig exactly five days back and delivered. The buyer was unresponsive and just texted me the quality I provided with wasn't up-to the mark and he needs to cancel the order.  

There's nothing I want to discuss but my gig was ranking on the first page with five star reviews from all the orders that I completed, and now this has happened.

Though, there's one order in the queue that I'm working upon right now, would completing it help me re-rank my gig?

Order cancle is not good for gig ranking. But if you generate new order with good feedback then ranking your gig again.

I guess order cancelation is a bad thing for a gig, but I would say it is better than a bad review:)
So don't be upset give your best in your next order😉

One cancellation alone does not immediately throw your gig to the last page of search results, so I wouldn't worry too much about it. Just try to no get below 90% cancellation rate if you want to level up.
