As the number of ads I make increases, impressions decrease

About a month ago, I stopped my gigs for 24 hours, edited and reactivated. I know changing the gig affects interactions but normally I had a chance to recover before the numbers fell below a certain limit and I was increasing the traffic again. But this time, literally almost all the numbers have been reset. And the interesting part for me is that I do more promo and post on social media than I normally do. But instead of increasing, it is decreasing more. Since I don't know if I'm breaking any rules, I'm constantly researching, but I couldn't find a problem. Is there anyone out there who can explain what's going on based on their experience or knowledge? Thank you very much in advance.
