Hi! I'm myself a newbie here, but I can suggest you a few thing about how to improve your skill. As in drawing, the key to everything is practice. Practice a little bit everyday, practice whenever you can and challenge yourself as you get more confident about your skill. 

Speaking of your gig, this is not the right section, you should post your request here: Improve My Gig - Fiverr Community I know for a fact that the first thing they will tell you is that you should add to your gig examples of your work.
