Trolling buyer who give a bad review premeditated

Hey guys!

We offer website consultancy and have three packages in our gig. The cheapest package is only $5 and now we have received an order where none of our requirements have been reasonably filled. It will come down to one person trolling us here to ultimately leave a bad review. Is it possible to have this rating removed from the profile afterwards? This would also be important for our Fiverr rank.

Fiverr will probably remove a bad review if it contains an outrageous lie about you (for example, that you threatened someone or were abusive). They'll also probably remove a bad review if it was left by a competitor to damage your account.

However, Fiverr are unlikely to remove a fairly general bad review, even if the buyer was lazy, stupid and unreasonable. That's because they want buyers to be able to express themselves as much as possible when leaving feedback. If you talk to experienced sellers, you'll often find they have reviews they believe are unfair.

You have a bit of protection as far as reviews go, but as you can imagine, it's quite hard to prove that somebody is trolling you and not using the review system as intended.

I just dealt with a similar issue.
 

After talking to my seller plus manager about removing an undeserved review I was told that Fiverr only removes reviews if they break terms of service.

yeah unfortunately, thats one of the reasons why is frustrating to work on fiverr
