Query about Rating by Customer

Hello all, 

I  am new to Fiverr. Recently I completed an order on fiverr successfully. The customer was satisfied with the final product and order was completed on time. I asked customer to provide feedback based on his experience. He responded back to me that he provided the feedback and he want to give 5 star review but fiverr is asking for additional fee for same. What I know from other platforms, review and rating is always free even if it's 5 star. Can anyone please advise about that.
