That doesn't sound that old.

As for the contents of the document(s), if it sounds like someone is trying to scam someone else out of their savings, I'd report it and block the user. If it just sounds like job-related terms and conditions for retirement qualifications, maybe?

You have to use your own judgment. If you're getting red flags, that 'something feels wrong', trust yourself. You're getting that feeling for a reason. Either ask more questions of the potential buyer, or just stop now.
