Help! Buyer did not submit requirements but running out of time on gig!

Hi everyone,

A buyer purchased a gig in order to get in touch with me (before I was Level 1, which I was very recently promoted to) and while he ‘submitted’ the order requirements and therefore activated the countdown, he still hasn’t actually submitted anything and I am running out of time! I’m worried if he doesn’t give me the info I need really soon that this will affect my rating. I’ve messaged him multiple times but haven’t heard from him in four days (gig expires in two). What can I do??
