Buyer is unavailable to receive orders

Hello to everyone, I am new here!

 

I am sorry if this question has been asked previously. 

I recently sent a proposal to a customer's request. He wrote asking for a demo, but I can't reply and here's what Fiverr says

I and his profile says he is on vacation. I know the buyer is ready to work, but might have forgotten that he has made himself unavailable.

Has someone had this before? and what is the solution?

You wait. There is no solution. The buyer is unavailable.

It's happened to me. The buyer kept contacting me and I couldn't reply because he forgot he set himself as unavailable. Luckily, he figured it out himself and fixed it.
