What message would you give to the buyer with the delivery of the work?

Hi (Buyer Name)
Your project is complete. Please check it and accept my work. I have done your job through a lot of verification. I have tried to give you my best service. So it is too late to submit the work.

I am sincerely sorry for that, sir. If there is an error in the work, let me know, sir. I am always ready to serve you.

Thanks again and have a great day!:-)

I gave you a formula, only you can write like you

This is a HUGE no-no for me - first of all, I do personalized messages to everyone (usually either reflecting on the project or just 'hey, just sending the final version through) - but... I'm even just kind of confused by this message - were you late? Or is this the message you want to send everyone (the way you sent it as a template sort of feels like you are suggesting people to send this to others?)

Also... calling everyone 'sir' isn't the best idea.

(just look at my photo for verification...) Would you call ME a sir if I had ordered something from you?

How do you even come up with such a bad message?

This is absolutely unprofessional, confusing, and irritating.

You don't have to beg for the client to accept the order.

You are not a servant or one of those  videos of japanese people bowing in an exaggerate way. There's no need to apologize. Plus, no one likes to be called sir/dear/madam/bro.

A message that would be more appropriate (for a niche like proofreading):

Hi, here's your delivery. I did this and that as you asked, plus I added some comments on sentences that could be clearer.

Let me know if everything's okay.

Of course this is a very vague response to give you an example. Let them know what you did for them and what could be made even better. Solve their problems, don't apologize unnecessarily.

The first part of my message is always the same:

“Hi,

Thanks again for your order! Your delivery is enclosed. If there are any problems or if you want to change something, please let me know. I'll get back to you as soon as I can. 🙂

Invite Link: “

The second part is usually me reflecting on the project and listing the things I did.

I would definitely advise personalising your messages and like mentioned above, don't 'beg' them to accept your work. Just let them know the work has been complete and to let you know if they need anything / have any questions.

I second this. Would add that you politely ask for a feedback.

Note: it's better to say "feedback" instead of "review".

.... Would you mind sharing your feelings/thoughts on your experience and the results?....

Something along those lines.
