I was a Level 2 seller but now I am a new seller due to my Inbox response time and order completion going below 90%. My question is, if my Inbox response time and order completion is above 90%, will I get Level 2 back? Or again I have to cross level 1 and go to level 2.

Overview

To reach the Level 2 status, you need to meet the following requirements:

 

• Be an active seller for at least 120 days
• Complete at least 50 orders (all time)
• Earn $2,000 or more
• Maintain a 4.7-star rating over 60 days
• Deliver a 90% response rate score over 60 days
• Score a 90% order completion rate over 60 days
• Achieve a 90% on-time delivery score over 60 days
• Receive no warnings over 30 days

On evaluation day, you move up and down one level at a time. So your next promotion will be to level one, even though you've met all the criteria for level two.
