how to modify buyer rating by seller

My buyer made a mistake in ratings .Now he wants to know how to correct it after submission. I also Don't know. If anyone help?

Given the ratings at first, it is unlikely to be fixed later.

You can't do it from your end - the only way is to contact Customer Support team, maybe they will help, or at least delete it

Tell your buyer to communicate with this marketplace customer support team member then they will assist him there.

Note: Please don't do that yourself... Tell your buyer to do that.
