My message is now under review because I said "1 star review" in it. Am I really going to get in trouble for this?

Hello everyone and all Fiverr sellers, I appreciate you looking at this.

Recently, I had a buyer that I questioned to if he really wanted to work with me. He said no, and I said "Okay thats fine, I'll go refund you then." (He had a active order with me already. I also only questioned him because he asked if I can do something else that wasn't in the original plan.)

He then spent the next 20-30 miniutes trying to beg me to not refund, and trying to say he really wants to work with me.

I then say, "Look, from past experience I already know whats gonna happen. You're gonna just lie because you don't want to hurt my feelings and you will say you want to work with me when you really dont. I'm fine if you don't want to work with me. Then you're gonna feel like im forcing you to buy from me and next thing you know after the order is done your gonna give me a 1 star review for a bad experience."

**I am now in risk of getting my 2nd warning, over something dumb, on how I "influenced a review", when it was more just trying to state my past of experience.**

Do you personally think this will get me a 2nd warning and kicked off the platform? (First warning was something like this.)
(Please also keep in mind that I send the "Your gonna give me a 1 star review" message not all in one sentence. I sent it one by one, and that typing mistake may of just costed my Fiverr account. - (I also contacted fiverr support already)

Below is a image of what I mean. Any help is appreciated, thannks.

I have a few questions and I suspect you're young so I will try to be as nice as I can - but...

WHY WOULD YOU EVEN ASK something like that mid-order?? Order has been made - you deliver and that's it. Simple. No room for 'are you sure you want this?' type of questioning.

And then of course just your wording itself. "I want to cancel because I know you'll give me a bad review". This itself would be enough for me to have you banned. Sorry but it's just not okay to talk like this to anyone let alone someone that's already put an order through. If CS only reads the flagged part you might get lucky but I personally doubt that.

(I'm sorry if I sounded awfully crass. )

As you're saying that you have already got a warning from this type of the same situation, then why even you repeat your mistake? If my guess is not wrong, a warning is definitely incoming on your account from the Fiverr team because you have violated their terms and they are not going to tolerate it. This may even get you a ban; it entirely depends on the Fiverr staff who will attend to your situation. If you're too lucky, then you may get out of the problem with just a warning, and in the worst cases, a ban.

Sending this makes no sense.

you are inviting the customer to say no and you really need to avoid cancellations as they affect your metrics. if a customer asks for something that is not part of an order tell them and explain why. Either offer it as an extra or do it as part of the order if it is minor.

sending this though is a big problem on so many levels.

Fiverr wants the customers to have a good experience and stay on the platform and this is a big no-no.

If i was you I would go back and apologise to the customer. explain why the work is outside the scope and either offer it as an extra or as part of the order if its something small.  with regards to what trust and safety do now and if they ban you. only they can answer that.

From next time please follow one rule to avoid this kind of problem. While you type something on order page or message box of Fiverr, you'll see a warning if you type something which isn't allowed to write on Fiverr. If you see such warning then you should not send that message. Simple!
