Why custom offer showing $2 less than I offer?

I create this custom offer of $120, but after sending it is showing $118. Is it happening to everyone? or I'm the only one facing this.

sometimes it depends on the buyer country and his country USD rate (i face the same problem at a time)

humm, it could be the reason, coz I faced same problem earlier refresh the page and it was solved. However, refreshing is not working in this case.

When I send a $10 offer to my client then it shows $9.
