"Commercial" vs "Broadcast" rights - where does my use fit in?

Hello,

I'm preparing a "Company Presentation" video for a corporation. 

It is intended to be posted in the job advertisements we have online, to make the company look more attractive.

Is this something that requires "commercial" or "broadcast" rights?

You simply need commercial rights.  Broadcast is for paid advertising of the highest order like radio/TV.  On a totally unrelated topic, how you fixed for a voice over?  🙂
