Account got temporarily banned

Assalamualikum!

my account got temporarily banned and i don't know what do with that issue. As the fiverr was verifying every one's account so i did but my account couldn't verified i did it with my Driving License first but they rejected then i used my Official Government id twice and they rejected twice and my account got banned could anyone know how i can overcome this issue

That’s not a huge reason to worry, if it was because of ID verification. Just reach out to support and ask them to open verification for you again and what documents you should use for it and ensure that the system will accept it.

Thanks for the reply dear, actually the reason is that i made my ID in 2017 and now my face has change alot in these four years thats why they rejected my Verifcation.
