Response Rate error?

Anyone ever had an issue where your response rate drops and you can't figure out why? My rate dropped from 100% to 88% in two days and I literally cannot find a single message in my inbox where I did not respond within 24 hours. 

 

Of course it happens right before I'm up for review to become a Top Seller, too. Figures, haha.

Yes I reported a spam message and my response rate is suddenly dropped. I don't know the reason. According to me this system rating is very bad and our business is penalized for bad buyers.

Same thing happening to me as well, I gave a late reply and my rate dropped to 92% but after that it is dropping on its own without even receiving any new messages

Please check your spam messages section. sometimes those spam messages purpose we faced that issues. If you share your experience with this marketplace customer support team member then they will solve your issues there.
