I need help on my deranking account 🙏

Hi everyone,

I'm Moritz, I'm new to Fiverr but I have freelancing experience as I have make some research about fiverr.com before creating an account.

Everything was going well when I created my account, I am offering E-commerce service then I have my first order from a US buyer. He ordered $35 project and I upsell her extra $50. The project was done well with 5 star ⭐ review. Then I have another order but the order was late before I deliver due to personal issue one I deliver I received another 5 star 🌟 rating but after a days I discovered all my gigs was deranking from first page to last page but i suggested it's because of the late order. My one-time delivery was 68% but no order no message and this is the problem I'm facing right now. 😢

I will be very happy if you can help me with some tips to get back my account active to continue making Sales.
