Can I share my Behance, Dribbble and pdf link after Converting shorten URL, to my Client to show Portfolios?

If receiving a warning for instance is considered ' serious ' then yes , it might be a serious issue. 

I strongly suggest not to share links with your clients and keep all communication in your fiverr inbox / chat or whatever you want to call it, you can share there screenshots/pictures relevant to what he needs / and so on . Some sellers also have an option to add a portfolio to Fiverr , I think it's available from level2 , not entirely sure about it.

I wouldn't suggest you to do that, maybe just send screenshots of your work, that is what I do and it works like a gem

There is no issue, you can share you portfolio links with short url.
