I  thought on fiverr you will not  cost money to withdraw your money is this true? What is buyers request is this something new for freelancers or it just for the buyers?

Suggest you read the Terms of Service at the bottom of the Fiverr main page for the rules as to how Fiverr works.

One thing you may want to consider to cover "fees" from Fiverr and PayPal is to charge a little more for your services.

That's what I've been doing and it hasn't hurt my freelance business at all.

I also increase my Fiverr rates at least once a year to cover my personal costs as internet, utilities, etc. keep increasing and why should I let those increases cut into my profit?
