Can I give my bank account information.

This is a customer I have worked with and she wants me to register her in some services where it needs to pay a subscription. She wants me to give her my account number so she transfers the money of the subscription directly and the rest as an order as usual. 

Should I provide it or I would be banned?

Its best if you don't give her your bank account information. First of all, by registering on her behalf and carrying out financial services of the nature you describe would be outside Fiverr's platform. This could result in violation of Fiverr's TOS. Secondly, even though she is an existing customer, there is no guarantee you will be paid back. If something goes wrong, Fiverr will not be able to protect you as it will be a transaction outside Fiverr. Let her register on her own and then you can proceed with the order.
