Design in Gaming. "Good Design, Bad Design - by Design Docs on YouTube" Anyone else seen these?

I'm a minor gamer, but I find the development of games to be a fascinating study. I follow both the Game Maker's Tool Kit, GDC, and Design Docs YouTube channels. They're all great, but I find this one in particular to be highly insightful.
