How can I save my account from spammers?

Some buyers are trying to work without order. When i tell them to order first they threat me to report my account. What should i do now?

Respond to them kindly and professionally that this violates Terms of Service, then block and report their account. Nothing will happen to your account if you just follow the rules.

Keep in your track. Don’t use any bad language with them. If you don’t want to do there work simply just block them. You can also report there account.

Before doing the first thing, check if the previous reviews of the client are good or not.

Why you'll do work when the payment is not guaranteed, even if his/her past review is good?
