Gigs Not promotable (Unqualified)

Bad for all Terms & Condition sellers of fiverr. I would urge all individuals to protest. Fiverr is oppressing us and treating us unfairly. All the terms and conditions of the fiverr are unfair to the sellers. My gig has been off promotion the last 3 months.Despite all my qualifications, they could not give a good answer as to why they stopped.Fiverr is closing accounts and promoting anyone who wants to.Fiverr is taking 20% commission from us but is not cooperating with us in any way but is treating us unfairly.I call on all sellers to protest against this unfair treatment of fiverr.Below are some pictures from my profile. See how Fiverr is treating me unfairly.

My gig has not been promoted unqualified for four long months. How can I go back to the promoted state, please suggest to me. Within these long four months, none of my orders have been canceled. I contacted a lot of customer support and they could not give me any good answer on how to improve this problem. Please help me how I can get out of this problem. Thanks

There are also a number of sellers who have buyer profiles.

Fiverr actually encourages this. I am a seller, who also purchases services on Fiverr. My Fiverr "profile" is used for both selling, and buying.

There is no such thing as "seller profiles" and "buyer profiles". One account can be used for both buying and selling.

Did you know that some sellers post jobs as buyers

I've done this many times, and there's absolutely nothing wrong with doing so.

The only person who makes you helpless, is you.

Has Fiverr ever stopped people who post buyer sej jobs despite being sellers.

Once again, there's nothing wrong with this. Fiverr encourages sellers to also be buyers.

They place orders with different emerging sellers and then give negative feedback against them in various ways which results in weakening of a seller's profile.

And how do you know this is intentional behavior? Perhaps they really didn't like the work you delivered.

Why has everyone else been the bad guy who "wronged" you, and you're always the good guy who did nothing wrong? I see a pattern here, and this indicates that YOU need to reassess your order interactions. If bad reviews keep happening to you, perhaps there is something about you and YOUR work that needs to be adjusted/corrected/improved.

OK, I understand your point, but you have to tone down the I am a poor victim, being oppressed stuff.  That causes no one take you seriously.  It is not hard to see why this happened. In the last few months you have had reviews of 1.3. 2.3. 1.7, 2.3 and 2.3.  Those buyers must have said bad things in the private feedback that Fiverr requests.  Even though you had some positive ones as well, they realize that you are not consistently pleasing your buyers. When Fiverr gets complaints, they stop recommending you for promotion, because that leads to unhappy customers and refunds.  Why wouldn't they prefer to promote someone who gets 5 star reviews every time over you?

Instead of feeling unfairly treated, imaging how unfair it is to the customers who paid you, and got 1 or 2 star results. Fiverr is correct in not promoting that level of quality.  Simple.

Thanks for your nice analysis. Did you know that some sellers post jobs as buyers, and they just need the concept then they cancel the order. Saying I didn't like the job I want to cancel the order then I have to be helpless and agree to his words. Has Fiverr ever stopped people who post buyer sej jobs despite being sellers. There are also a number of sellers who have buyer profiles. They place orders with different emerging sellers and then give negative feedback against them in various ways which results in weakening of a seller's profile. Then the money is taken back from the fiverr.  Thanks

What can I do now?

Nothing. If you are part of the Seller Plus program you could ask you SM what you need to improve to maybe qualify again in the future. I'm in a pretty small niche and I get most features later than others. Didn't had access to the promoted gigs feature in a long time. While it does sometimes generate a sale (maybe one per month.. sometimes nothing at all), I don't think it's necessary at all to be successful on the platform. You could take the money you are now saving and invest it in advertisment on other platforms. Google Ads, Bing Ads, Reddit Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.

Today I re-contacted Fiber's customer support and they gave me this message What can I do now?

"This feature is still in Beta mode and available to all of the sellers and not even possible to have the seller who have this feature unlocked and I do hope that this feature will be available for you again,

I hope that this was helpful. We are here if you need any further assistance."

Please forgive me I could not agree with you because I am a victim

You are not a victim -- not even close. Instead, what you are doing, is trying to make a huge mountain out of a tiny ant hill. No one is hurting you. No one is oppressing you. And Fiverr is, most certainly, NOT out to get you. You just don't qualify for an optional advertising program -- and one you don't even need in order to be successful on Fiverr. That's it. Nothing more.

Unfortunately, given the blatantly clear circumstances, you just don't have any sympathy here.

Your personal opinion does not make it so. Fiverr's TOS is strong, solid, and fair.

It stopped, because you no longer qualify for the program. You are not entitled to use a system, just because you want it. In a similar vein, you do not need to be part of the onsite promotional program in order to be successful on Fiverr.

Fiverr has every right to do this. This is their website; they make the rules here. You can follow those rules, or you can work with a different company.

I, as well as most other veteran sellers here, will likely decline. We're not going to protest anything, just because you feel offended by the way Fiverr works.

I don't see any unfairness whatsoever. You just don't qualify for the promotion program. You are going to have to find your orders a different way.

Not going to happen. Perhaps you should step back, and calm your head a bit. Maybe go for a walk, watch a movie, take a nap, etc. Then, perhaps you will be able to come back to Fiverr with a more rational and less pitchfork-driven mentality.

Great explanation sir. Respect you.
