Is it possible to continue conversations with leads if you've restricted your availability?



FAQ states: "Buyer has not ordered from you in the past, or have a current active order, they will not be able to message you."

But... what about buyers who've already messaged us before we went unavailable? Will they still be able to respond to me? Or must they have had a previous order to do so? I'd like to be able to communicate only with those who've messaged me until I'm completely available again.
