Can I order to the client instead of canceling?

Hi,
Recently I worked with a new client for CSS task without login access. it was a very simple task. after complete, I send the delivery. but the client said me a javascript task but He does not agree on website login access. Now He wants to cancel the order. Can I refund instead of cancel I mean can I order to the client?

There's no way for the seller to refund the buyer other than cancelling.

If you want to change the order to a lower price with different requirements, you could create an offer for the new one and then (maybe when the buyer orders that) cancel the old one (either request cancellation or accept the buyer's cancellation request).
