Custom Amount Refund

Hi Authorities,  
Can you add a custom amount refund option? I have faced several issues where both agreed to refund custom amounts but there are no options to refund. 

For example,  The buyer ordered a gig that has 50$ in pricing. After finishing the audit task, The seller noticed that the buyer have some pre-existing tasks and no need to work on them. So the seller decided to refund half/custom amount.  But there is no option to refund the custom amount.  So, this is the problem. 

If you guys add these features, It would be a great help for both buyers and sellers.
