I suggest adding "history"

A feature where when you select a commission you can see every single person who commissioned it and what package they choose

Example: There is a Logo Design commission that you are interested in, when you click it you see a button that says "history" when you click it you see something like: John Does ordered Standard package {a picture of the commission}

I think this feature will help people in their search for a specific commission and I hope this idea helps lots of people (including me TvT)

Well, then that will be a privacy issue. 
Some people prefer to be anonymous. 
you can see next to reviews a picture of a delivery from the clients that allowed it to be shown
