Seller sent sketch I hit approve, finalize transaction.

I am wondering why its so easy for a newbie like me to see a sketch the seller sent me, then liking the sketch hit approve and it finalized order as if the order was finished.  Seems there should be a better system to see sketches without the oops....  cuz that was an oops...  then no way to go back...

Your seller is not supposed to send sketches as a final delivery. It’s written in TOS that sellers can not deliver incomplete order. And that’s exactly what your seller did. 
 

Try to communicate with your seller and set deadlines for when he will deliver full order and if not you can report him to fiverr CS for delivering incomplete order (keep in mind that fiverr usually gives 14 days for disputes)
