Account deranked and cancellation and flagging

My account was flagged 2 months ago. Fiverr said I used the delivery button inappropriately and the client cancelled the order. I lost all my ranking and impressions dropped to almost 0. I thought if the 60 days of cancelation was over my impressions will return. However its over 60 days and my account is still deranked. Is there anything I can do?

Be a great seller, who connects to your target customers, and shows them why they need to hire you. Don't expect Fiverr to provide you with orders, that's not their job. YOU are the only person responsible for your orders and success.
