misscrystal
Has anyone else noticed that they will get no orders for a while, then suddenly get three or more within 6 hours of each other? It’s not that one gig has more visibility suddenly since the orders come from various gigs. It’s like someone flipped a switch and suddenly people can place orders on my gigs for a few hours, then flipped it back off.Sheriff’s Note: Moved to Chit Chat. whitehatseo10
Yes, and maybe are hundreds (maybe thousands) of sellers that observed that “phenomenon”…What can we do in front of Fiverr’s algorithms? Nothing…
kostaspap
Yes, everyone has this problem. And I say problem because you don’t really know what to do in order to make more sales or to be exposed more in the fiverr’s audience. You have just to wait… And the most difficult part is for the newbies.
misscrystal
There must be a reason for it, for sales coming either never or all at once. I didn’t get any sales for days this week and suddenly last night whamo they coming in like mad.

voiceoverwork
@misscrystalHi,Having been in business for over 50 years, that scenario is typical. You unlock your doors in the morning and have no customers for hours, then six customers walk-in at once. Or the phone doesn’t ring for hours, then it’s one call after another. That’s business. Same with on-line sales. On Fiverr you are an independent business owner/operator. Fiverr is simply a parking space for your offer. You are responsible for driving traffic and Buyers to your Gig offer. Relying solely on Fiverr to provide your traffic will continue to result in slow periods followed by busy periods. misscrystal
Thanks, I thought there might be a technical reason.

marketman
I’ve also noticed that when Fiverr sends a promo email, they list some gigs at the top - So, it may have been just that, a promo email fiverr sent to buyers.I wonder when Fiverr will start selling ad space… 🙂
