Response Time increasing - Not sure why?!



Hello Fiverr Friends! 

I am looking for advice.  My response time has increased from 2 hours to 4 hours to 6 hours and now it sitting at a very red 8 hours.  The last two jumps cannot be explained as I have not received any messages to respond to.  

Do you have any idea of what I might be missing?  

PS: I have the Fiver app, have enabled notifications and check my Fiverr account often.

And if you are absolutely sure that there are no messages pending response from your end (sure it's not a message that you considered as spam but didn't report?), you might want to reach out to customer support at support@fiverr.com

Its based on your past 60 days, so there may be a message you did not respond to within the past 60 days. Spam doesn't cause any effects to your response rate, so any messages that immediately go to spam don't need a response. You might have to back track again and see if you missed even just one message in the past 60 days... As that is automatically generated by the system based on your response activity. You can also try reaching out to Customer Support if you are confident that you really have not missed any message at all, as who knows that may be a bug https://www.fiverr.com/support_tickets/new
