Client ordered and went offline!

Dear all

Greetings,,

My client ordered without submitting requirements. If I click that I have requirements. The order count down will start. 

I have texted customer about this and sent reminder. But no respond. Offline!

What should I do? Please share your opinions/suggestions

You will have to be patient and follow up with the client. It would not be a good move to click on the button that says you have requirements, since you don't have anything to do and the timer will start (As you are already aware of).

It depends.I have waited for more than 6 month for order worth more than 700 usd and at the end canceling it since neither me or fiverr customer support had any luck reaching the client.It was even more tricky since i received the product from the client and even paid import tax to get it trough customs
