Can I ask a buyer to complete the order?

Hi, hope you all are doing well in this pandemic situation. Recently I delivered a order but the buyer didn't accepted it after 2 days. Although I go ahead with the delivery after all the modification he want. Now can I ask the buyer to complete the order?

Unfortunately you cannot ask a buyer to mark the order as complete. That is part of Fiverr TOS and you should simply wait and hope for the customer to mark the order and review it.

If they don't do either of those actions the order will automocomplete anyway without any issue on your side.

If you press "deliver again", after 3 days the order will automatically accept (the same as with a normal delivery). You don't need to ask them to accept it.

Honestly, just wait 24 more hours. The order will automatically close if the buyer doesn't intervene and request a modification after 72 have passed since delivery.

Being pushy about wanting the order to close might backfire on you.

Thanks to all of you, yes I know the completion process of a order. But I'm afraid if it's auto completed then I'll not get a review. That's why I wanted to know if I could ask/tell the buyer to complete the order, Thank you.
