I have never sought out sellers with any particular levels and so I end up buying from newbies all the way to Top Rated Sellers. kornilov Posted May 23, 2014 Share Posted May 23, 2014 Yes, higher rating means higher ambitions 🙂For some time I considered ratings as a sort of guarantee for quality work.You are more likely to receive a response earlier, have more professional extras, but will cost you a bit more as well.And I agree to cheezees, watching portfolio gives you a lot more information.
