citadel Posted May 23, 2014 Share Posted May 23, 2014 I’ve searched all over and all I get is going round and round in circles I assume that Fiverr no long has a Support? All they have is videos and articles? Which don’t address my problem.I have a $15 credit which should have been applied to my recent order but wasn’t. So does this mean I lost my $15? cheezees Posted May 23, 2014 Share Posted May 23, 2014 Actually, there is a link to Customer Support at the top of every forum page and the bottom of every Fiverr page. There is also a hyperlink in this message. You need to click on “Submit a request” at the top right of the screen, sign in with credentials different from your login, and post your question.
