easy_button
So here is my video intro for my new gig. But it keeps getting rejected. Fiverr staff told me it must fit these guidelines (although they arent listed anywhere on the site that I could find)VIDEO : LINK DELETED"Hi there,We encourage buyers to contact sellers before placing an order. For your reference, here are the Gig Video guidelines:Video duration must be over 10 seconds and up to 50 seconds.Use only original videos made by youUpload a video of yourself presenting your own gig. You may include samples of your work, editing effects etc. as long as the presentation remains personal and made by youMention that your gig is offered exclusively on fiverr.comDo not use the same video for more than one gigYour video must be in reasonable quality, your voice has to be clear and easy to understandPromotion of third party services, websites or brands (in writing or narration) or providing direct means of communication will not be allowedOffering a service for any price other than $5 is not allowedMake sure your video and gig adheres with our Terms of ServiceVideos related to self improvement, getting rich methods, black hat marketing and similar are not permitted at this time"So Can anyone take some time to watch my gig and tell me what I’m doing wrong?Furthermore , the video duration is slightly over the 50 seconds , however there are several gig intro videos that go over 1 minute in length and I quoted one such gig to them. The one and only response I’ve gotten on why the video is denied (after submitting a ticket and going back and forth for 12+ hours with staff) was"“put the url in the gig requirements , pleaseYou may not refer users to sites other than Fiverr.com.The Fiverr marketplace is aimed at connecting buyers and sellers using our platform and not for advertising external services. All communications, ordering, delivery, and payments must be completed exclusively within Fiverr.”“So … Can someone tell me what the hell"Put the url in the gig requirements , please” means? And why are they thinking I’m aiming to connect buyers off platform or advertising any external services? Is it because I’m showing a website in the screen capture? I avoided putting in the url just in case but do they really not have the decency to tell me exactly whats wrong with my video? I obviously spent a great deal of time on it and I’m getting the run around. To be blunt , I feel I’m being discriminated against for some reason.Fiverr.com/easy_button is my gig page. The video commercial gig is the one in question. Can someone tell me why this video might be getting rejected because fiverr staff doesnt seem to know how to , or want to communicate with the “content editor” responsible for getting my video approved. I know this because a later response by staff suggested that it was my gig description that was invalid (because I was at that point just asking questions in my own gig description to get the “content editor to reply”) I assured the fiverr staff that THAT was not the issue and he just said “Well just wait for the editor to review you gig again” – 5 hours later … I’m right… And now fiverr staff has stopped responding to my ticket.SO I come to you guys. I need to figure out why fiverr’s content editor is having a powertrip right now. The video in question is - LINK DELETEDYou be the judge.Sheriff’s Note: Off Fiverr links is not allowed.
