I hear from everyone that buyers are less available in november and december month?

Yes and no. All depends on your service, your offer, market sentiment etc.

last December was my best month ever. I even got a huge order right on a Christmas Day.

October and November have consistently been my best months for the last 4 years. Part of the reason December is slower is that I always go out of office for much of that time to prepare for and enjoy Christmas.

Available? Do you mean available to respond to messages due to the holidays or that there are less buyers overall purchasing services?

Personally, I had a strong December last year.   🎅🎄

For Me as Graphic Designer .., it's a busy day.

People need designer helps with Christmas Promotions / New year Sales.

Yes and No. 
It depends on your service, what do you offer.
For me, not so.
I'm a fitness trainer & nutritionist.
People just want to EAT BIG that period.
But that's even better(for me).
They all want to slim down and get fit after. 😅
