Just keep following the tips. Only do one at a time. Work, work, work pays off, if you are patient. The orders will come, eventually. That is, if you have a small enough market, so as not to have too much competition. 

When I first started at fiverr, I picked a highly competitive category. My first gig didn't even get in the top ten pages, let alone get any impressions. So, I refined it until it was more focused and had much less competition. I found a niche that is sparsely populated and created a gig specifically around that category. The pro side of this approach is my gig gets lots of impressions. The con side of that is my market is very small. I get only a few clicks a week. But hey, I'd rather be a big fish in a small pond than a small fish in a big pond. That is until I get big enough to grow wings.
